Is there a view limit on my PDFs? +
No - even on the free plan, there is no limit on the number of times your PDF is viewed.
Is there a time limit on my PDF? +
Nope - even on the free plan, your uploaded PDFs don't expire after a certain amount of time.
What do you mean by "update limits"? +
On the free plan, you can change a PDF without changing the share link (or embed or QR code) up to 3 times. On all of the paid plans, there's no update limit.
What is the custom domain feature and what's the benefit of it? +
By default, your PDF share link will be at pdflink.to/pdf-title. If you connect a custom domain, you can share your PDF with your own domain. e.g. pdf.yoursite.com/pdf-title. Essentially this feature enhances your branding.
How easy is it to cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel your subscription at any time right from your settings screen.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits? +
