PDF Deck + Claude
Made it in Claude? Send it properly.
Claude can build a proposal, a pitch page or an interactive one-pager in minutes. PDF Deck turns it into a link on your brand, with read receipts, access control and a "Book a call" button.
Branded. Tracked. Secure.
What is the easiest way to share a Claude artifact?
Claude's own Publish button gives you a public claude.ai link in one click, but with Claude's branding, no password and no idea who opened it. To share it on your own brand, privately, and see who read it, publish it to PDF Deck: connect Claude once, or paste the artifact's HTML. It takes about a minute.
Upload or paste instead
- 1In Claude, copy or download the artifact's code (it's an HTML page).
- 2In PDF Deck, choose "Share a web page" and paste the code or upload the file.
- 3Add your logo, a call-to-action button, an email gate or an expiry date, and send the link.
Connect Claude to PDF Deck
Publish and check who read it, without leaving Claude
Add PDF Deck as a connector once. Then ask Claude to publish a page, make a link for each person, or tell you who opened it.
- 1In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- 2Name it PDF Deck and paste this URL:
https://pdfdeck.com/mcp
- 3Click Connect, sign in to PDF Deck (or create a free account) and allow access.
- 4Try: "Publish this as a page and make a link for Sam at Acme."

| Method | How | Good for | Limits |

| Publish with PDF Deck | Connect Claude to PDF Deck and ask it to publish, or paste the HTML into PDF Deck. | Your brand and domain, passwords or company-only access, and you see who opened it. | Needs a free PDF Deck account; custom domains and viewer tracking are on paid plans. |

Put a Claude artifact on your own domain
- Published artifacts live on claude.ai. Publish the same page with PDF Deck and it can live on docs.yourcompany.com: connect your domain once in Settings, and every page you share uses it.
Password-protect a Claude artifact
- Turn on "Require a password" for the page. Visitors see a password screen with your logo before the artifact loads. Change or remove the password any time.
See who viewed your Claude artifact
- Every view is tracked: when, where, on which device, how far down the page they scrolled and which links and buttons they clicked. Make a separate link for each person, or ask for an email at the door, to see exactly who it was.
Share a Claude artifact with only one company
- Turn on the email gate and allow only acme.com addresses. Anyone else is asked for a work email, so a forwarded link stays inside the company you sent it to.
Remove Claude branding from a shared artifact
- Your page opens under your logo, with your colours and an optional "Book a call" button. There is no Claude badge, and on paid plans no PDF Deck badge either.
Update an artifact after you have shared it
- Publish a new version to the same link from Claude, or upload the new file. Everyone with the link sees the latest version; nothing needs re-sending.
Publish a Claude artifact as a website
- Paste the artifact's HTML into PDF Deck, or ask Claude to publish it through the connector. It goes live as a real, interactive web page on a link you control, and you can update it later without changing the link.
Embed a Claude artifact on your own website
- Every PDF Deck page has an embed code. Paste it into your site and the artifact shows inline, still tracked and still protected by any password or email gate you set.
Share a Claude artifact with someone who doesn't use Claude
- Viewers don't need a Claude account, or any account. They open the link in their browser. Add an email gate if you want to know who they are.
Download a Claude artifact as HTML
- In Claude, open the artifact and copy or download its code. That HTML file is what you upload or paste into PDF Deck to share it.
Branded
Your logo, your colours and your own domain, with a call-to-action button that goes where you want. No Claude branding.
Tracked
Who opened it, how far they read, what they clicked. Alerts by email, in Slack and on the HubSpot contact.
Secure
A link per person, company-only access, passwords, expiry dates. Switch a link off any time.
What people make in Claude and send with PDF Deck
Questions
- Why not just share Claude's own link?
- Claude's share links carry Claude's branding and tell you nothing about who opened them. A PDF Deck link is on your brand (or your own domain), can be locked to one company's emails, and tells you who read what.
- Will interactive bits still work?
- Yes. Scripts, charts and calculators run as they do in Claude, in a sandbox that keeps your visitors safe.
- Can I update it after sending?
- Yes. Publish a new version to the same link; everyone with the link sees the update.
