View tracking
Know who watched your video, and for how long
How can I see if someone watched a video I sent?
Upload the video to PDF Deck and send the link. Each view records when and where it was watched, and what share of the video was actually played, so you can tell a quick glance from a full watch. Per-person links or an email gate show who it was, and alerts arrive by email, Slack or HubSpot.
Share a video as a tracked link. Upload an MP4 and send it in a minute.
Upload a videoTrack a video
- 1Upload an MP4 (H.264) from your screen recorder or phone.
- 2Add your logo and a call-to-action button, like "Book a call".
- 3Create a link for each person, or turn on the email gate.
- 4Send it and see who watched, and how much.
What you see
When they watched, where and on which device, how much of the video they actually played (not just whether they pressed play), and whether they clicked your button afterwards.
Great for
Personal intros to prospects, product demos, proposal walkthroughs, onboarding videos and recorded pitches.
Which formats work?
MP4 or MOV in H.264 (what most recorders export by default), or WebM. iPhone HEVC videos are turned away at upload because many browsers can't play them; set the camera to "Most Compatible" or export as H.264.
Questions
- Is video sharing free?
- Video is on paid plans.
